There are many sites on the net that pay you money for doing things. There are some that are legit and some that are not. You can read about that in my other posts. Here is a basic list since there are so many out there.
- GPT SITES: This is really the main category of all the free paying sites. GPT stands for get-paid-to. You get paid to do simple things like filling out offers, joining websites, and doing surveys. These are just to name a few.
- PTC: This is a program that lets you earn cash by clicking on advertisements, emails, or special links. PTC stands for pay-to-click. Very simple process. Most of these sites will pay you .01-.02 cents per ad you click. I will get into that subject later on in my blog.
- PPP: This programs pays bloggers to post about different topics. PPP stand for pay-per-post. I don't actually do this but I still wanted to put it on here. If you like to blog then this would be excellent for you.
- PTR: This program pays you to read emails that will probably consist of advertisements. PTR stands for pay-to-read. I don't really work on any of these sites either but there are a lot of them out there.
Those where a few of the different types of programs where you can actually make money. I bet you are wondering why these websites are free to join and why they pay you for doing these things. The answer is advertisers. Lots of money is paid out by advertisers wanting people to try whatever it may be that they are advertising. These advertisers pay these sites a certain amount of money to make their ads available to us. These sites then take a certain percentage of the money the advertisers paid and reimburses it back to us. It may seem like a complicated method but it is effective because they do make money off of some members of these sites who are interested in trying what the advertisers have to offer. To sum it up they make money and we make money.
